The Grove construction update

March 2024 Construction Update

The Grove construction update

The Grove project team has received builders pricing for the villas, with the tender assessment process currently underway. Significant progress has been made in civil works, with the majority of rock now removed offsite. This has allowed fill and compaction to progress to unit zone areas. Inground services and retaining walls are to advance in coming works. Safety protocols remain a priority, with efforts to minimise community disruption being implemented throughout the construction process.
