Nathan Cockerill - Chief Executive Officer
Nathan has worked in the retirement living sector for over ten years and has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership roles.
In 2023, he successfully led the transition of the Lendlease Retirement Living business to become a new independent brand, Keyton, starting a new chapter for the leading owner, operator and developer of more than 75 retirement communities in Australia.
Nathan has a deep passion, knowledge and expertise of the retirement sector and thrives on the positive energy Keyton inspires in its residents and staff.
He is a member of the Retirement Living Industry Management Committee.
A keen footy fan and Saints supporter, he enjoys running to clear his mind and can be found on weekends spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Kara Pisani - Head of Safety, Sustainability & Wellbeing
Kara is an accomplished leader withover 25 years of experience in health, property and retirement living sectors. She has an extensive track record in managing and leading high-performing teams. As a passionate advocate for wellness,diversity and inclusion, she leads our resident and employee well-being and aging-in-place strategies, ensuring residents and employees thrive.
Kara’s goal is to deliver sustainable communities that maximise connectivity, liveability, safety and security, and a sense of place and purpose. She is a member of the Property Council of Australia's Care Committee. Under Kara's leadership, Keyton has earned recognition from Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) as Asia Pacific leaders in the retirement living sector with rankings:

Jason Fitzgerald - Head of Development
Jason leads Keyton’s national development team with current development projects underway at Bernborough Ascot (QLD), Sunrise Beach Village (QLD), University of Wollongong (NSW), Kingfisher Grove (NSW), Sherwin Rise (VIC) and VerSo Place (VIC).
He has more than 20 years of experience across the full range of property development including communities, urban regeneration, retail and retirement living. Prior to taking on the role of Head of Development, Jason had a background in finance and development in the retirement living/property sector. Among his achievements was being the Commercial Manager and Executive General Manager of Finance for Sydney’s Barangaroo precinct development.
Jason is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Retirement Living Council Housing and Affordability Committee.
Wai See Chung - General Counsel & Company Secretary
Wai See has worked in retirement living for over 20 years and has more than 35 years of experience and expertise in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, elder law, property, media and entertainment and intellectual property.
As General Counsel and Company Secretary, her role was instrumental in successfully establishing Keyton as a new brand and entity in 2023. Prior to joining Keyton, she practised law overseas as Head Counsel in a broadcasting company and in a top-tier legal firm.
Wendy Parsons - Head of Operational Excellence
In her current role as Head of Operational Excellence at Keyton, Wendy is responsible for IT, procurement, compliance, corporate projects, insurance and risk management.
She has had more than 20 years in senior roles within finance and operations in the retirement living and property sectors.
Wendy has a passion for driving the highest possible standards of the Keyton governance framework and led the establishment of systems and corporate processes for the new Keyton entity.
Sarah Van Dyke - Head of People & Culture
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Sarah has a deep understanding of people and what drives them. She has 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
She has a Bachelor of Business and has worked in a diverse range of industries in Australia and the UK across numerous HR areas.
Sarah leads the People and Culture area, including business partnering, talent and development, recruitment, people support and reward. Sarah and the team develop and assist Keyton’s people to achieve their best and lead with heart.
She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Tamara Rasmussen - Head of Resident Operations
With more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, Tamara’s wealth of knowledge encompasses operations, sales and development management. She leads the day-to-day operations of all Keyton retirement villages and resorts. Tamara’s focus includes enhancing resident engagement at Keyton, which has included launching the industry-first Ignite Your Passion grants for village/resort residents to pursue their interests, and the Resident Art Trail.
Tamara is the current NSW Property Council of Australia Retirement Living Committee Chair and a past recipient of the National UDIA Women in Leadership Award for her contribution to the property development industry. She also sits on the industry Code of Conduct as a panel member.
Sarah Hodgkins - Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs
Sarah is an award-winning marketing management professional with over 20 years of experience in the dynamic property and retail industry. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Marketing and leads a team of experts in marketing, digital and communications, all driven by a customer-centric approach.
With over a decade of experience in the retirement living sector, Sarah spearheaded the rebranding project from Lendlease, successfully establishing Keyton as a new brand. She is passionate about inspiring customers to feel confident, supported, and happy with their choices regarding their future.
Paul Martin - Chief Financial Officer
Paul has worked in the property industry for more than 25 years, with responsibility for the financial management and leadership of a range of real estate projects and businesses. This has included roles in Australia and the United Kingdom, covering residential, commercial and retail development, construction, infrastructure development and retirement living.
Paul has led Keyton’s finance function since January 2021. This included responsibility for creating finance systems and processes for the new Keyton business. Under his leadership, Keyton successfully refinanced and increased its debt facilities in 2024, including a significant Green Loan component, which was a first for the retirement living sector.
He is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Retirement Living Council CFO (Chief Financial Officer) Sub-Committee.
Michael Dockery - Head of Sales
Michael has over 25 years of experience leading sales and marketing teams across various sectors, including retirement living, property, retail and financial services.
As Keyton’s Head of Sales since 2021, Michael’s responsibilities extend to the customer service and property refurbishment teams, ensuring all new customers are serviced by the one integrated function.
Michael is Keyton’s Reconciliation Action Plan Chairperson. He has a Master of Business and a communications degree.
Meghna Rajpal - Head of Strategy & Investor Relations
Meghna has more than 12 years of experience in the property sector in various finance and strategy roles in corporate, investment management and retirement living.
As the Head of Strategy and Investor Relations at Keyton, she is focused on the long term strategy of the business and partnering closely with investors
Meghna’s responsibilities extend to research and analytics, M&A, implementing and executing strategic projects and driving the strategic direction of the business.
Her passion for the sector drives her to seek the best outcomes for residents and investors for the long term sustainability of the sector.
Sean Emmitt - Head of Property Capex & Portfolio Management
Sean has worked in the property sector for 25 years across retirement living, communities and building. Prior to becoming Head of Property Capex & Portfolio Management at Keyton in 2021, he was General Manager of Development overseeing acquisitions and development of retirement villages across Victoria and ACT.
Sean has played an integral part in the conversion and delivery of key projects, adding to Keyton’s well-diversified portfolio of retirement villages and resorts.
He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Construction Law and is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Retirement Living Committee.
