Nathan Cockerill - Chief Executive Officer
Nathan has worked in the Retirement Living business for nine years and has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational roles. Prior to being appointed CEO of Keyton, he was the Executive General Manager Finance for six and a half years, where he oversaw the finance operations and new developments of 76 Retirement Villages across Australia.
Nathan has a deep passion, knowledge and expertise of the retirement sector and thrives on the positive energy Keyton inspires in its residents and staff.
A keen footy fan and Saints supporter, he enjoys running to clear his mind and can be found on weekends spending quality time with his wife and kids.
Kara Pisani - Head of Safety, Sustainability & Wellbeing
Kara has an extensive track record of managing corporate wellbeing, safety and liability prevention while building and leading high-performing teams.
With more than 25 years of experience in health and wellness across various industries, including the last 15 years in the property industry, her goal is to deliver sustainable communities that maximise connectivity, liveability, safety and security as well as a sense of place and purpose.
Kara loves inspiring people to understand the importance of workplace safety, sustainability & wellness. She genuinely cares for the people she works with and how the residents and employees are made to feel valued at Keyton.
Jason Fitzgerald - Head of Development
Jason leads Keyton’s national Development Team in origination, conversion and delivery. He has more than 20 years of experience - starting at Lendlease and now at Keyton - across the full range of property development including Communities, Urban Regeneration, Retail and Retirement Living.
Jason has a background in Finance and prior to taking on the role of Head of Development, he acted as the General Manager of Finance for the Retirement Living Development business. Prior to moving to Retirement Living, Jason was the Executive General Manager of Finance overseeing all commercial and financial decisions for the Barangaroo development in Sydney.
Wai See Chung - Head of Legal and Company Secretary
Wai See has worked in retirement living for 20 years, and has over 34 years of experience and expertise in the areas of corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, elder law, property, media and entertainment and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Keyton, she practised overseas as Head Counsel of a substantial broadcasting company and in a top-tier legal firm.
Wendy Parsons - Head of Operational Excellence
Wendy has worked at Lendlease for more than 20 years in senior roles within both Finance and Operations, including as National Operations Manager for the Retirement Living Development business until appointment into her current role as Head of Operational Excellence at Keyton.
Prior to moving into Operations, Wendy held a variety of Finance positions both within Keyton Retirement Living and Lendlease. She has a passion for driving the highest possible standards of the Keyton governance framework.
Sarah Van Dyke - Head of People & Culture
With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Sarah has a deep understanding of people and what drives them. She joined Lendlease in 2010, in Strategic Business Partnering roles, before taking on her current role as Head of People and Culture for Keyton. She has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and has worked in a diverse range of industries in both Melbourne and London across many areas of HR.
As well as being an HR expert with a passion for developing and assisting Keyton’s people to always achieve their best, Sarah is a mother to Xavier and Eliza. On weekends, she can be found enjoying time with her family on their 40 acre hobby farm in Heathcote which includes visiting the surrounding shiraz wine region.
Tamara Rasmussen - Head of Resident Operations
Tamara has worked at Lendlease and now Keyton for the past 19 years. With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, her wealth of knowledge encompasses everything from community engagement and sales to operations and development management. Prior to her current role, Tamara worked for Lendlease Communities and was responsible for the delivery of large masterplanned communities across NSW/ACT. At Keyton, Tamara is responsible for the day to day operations of all Keyton retirement villages and resorts.
A past recipient of the National UDIA Women in Leadership Award for her contribution to the property development industry, Tamara’s passion, vision and commitment to putting Keyton’s customers first is at the heart of everything she does.
Sarah Hodgkins - Head of Marketing
Sarah is an award-winning Marketing Management professional with over 20 years of experience in the dynamic retail and property industry. Qualified with a BA (HONS) Degree in Marketing, Sarah started her career with Lendlease and now Keyton 18 years ago.
Sarah’s job is driven by the needs of the customer, and she describes herself as being ‘in the business of inspiring our residents to feel safe, supported and happy.’ On her weekends, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her two boys at soccer. She also recently took up trail running and completed the 48 km Gold Coast Kokoda Challenge, raising money for the Kokoda Youth Foundation.
Paul Martin - Chief Financial Officer
Paul has worked for Lendlease and now for Keyton for over 22 years, with responsibility for the financial management and leadership of a range of real estate projects and business, including direct experience in Australia and the UK across residential, commercial and retail development, construction, infrastructure development and retirement living.
Recent roles included Executive General Manager Finance for Residential and Urban Regeneration, General Manager Finance for Apartments & Commercial and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Property Australia. In January 2021, Paul became the Chief Financial Officer for Keyton’s Retirement Living business.
Michael Dockery - Head of Sales
Michael joined our Retirement Living business as Head of Marketing in 2018, following ten years of Marketing leadership experience across Lendlease. He had previously led the Marketing function for the Lendlease Retail business, Group Corporate Affairs, Residential and Barangaroo, and helped to establish the first Marketing Operations shared services model for the Australian business.
Following his stint as State Sales Manager (NSW/ACT) in 2020, he re-joined the Executive Leadership Team as Head of Sales.
Prior to joining Keyton, Michael held senior roles in Retail and Financial Services, and holds Communications and Master of Business degrees. Privately, Michael cherishes time with his family and sporting interests.
Meghna Rajpal - Head of Strategy and Investor Relations
Starting her career with EY focussing on the real estate market, Meghna has more than 10 years of experience at Lendlease in various finance roles in Corporate, Investment Management and Retirement Living sectors of the business. As the Head of Strategy and Investor Relations at Keyton, she is now focussed on the long term strategy of the business and managing relationships with our investors.
Meghna’s passion for the retirement and ageing sector drives her to seek the best outcomes for residents and investors. She is known for her patience and this extends into her passion for swimming endless laps, a long game of cricket and raising a young family.
Sean Emmitt - Head of Portfolio Management
Sean has worked for Lendlease for 23 years across several business units including Retirement Living, Communities and Building. Prior to becoming Head of Portfolio Management at Keyton, he was General Manager of Development overseeing acquisitions and development of retirement villages across Victoria and ACT.
Through his time at Retirement Living, Sean has played an integral part in the conversion and delivery of a number of key projects, adding to the well-diversified portfolio of Retirement Villages - which is now the largest in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Construction Law, and in his spare time, his love of the outdoors sees him travelling regional Australia with wife and three children.
