Full Competition Terms & Conditions


1.    For the purposes of this competition subject to these terms and conditions (Competition), the promoter is Keyton Management Services Pty Ltd as trustee for Keyton Management Services Trust ABN 27 588 373 389 registered office Level 45, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Keyton). 

2.    Entries to the Competition are only open from 10:00am Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 8 February 2024 to 4pm AEST (Competition Period).  Keyton may extend the Competition Period at its sole discretion (Extended Competition Period). Details of any such extended Competition Period will be posted on ardencykennedyplace.com.au. References in these terms and conditions to the Competition Period include any extended Competition Period, where applicable.

3.    The Competition is only open to visitors of Ardency Kennedy Place (Entrants).

4.    In order to be eligible for the Competition, Entrants must:

a.    Attend the Ardency Kennedy Place Grand Opening at Ardency Kennedy Place between the hours of 11:00am and 4pm on the 8th of February 2024 (Entry);

b.    enter the Competition within the Competition Period;

c.    in the strict manner specified on the entry form for the Competition and

d.    by the method specified on the entry form for the Competition.

5.    The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:

a.    employees of:

i.    the Keyton; and

ii.    the Keyton’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies and contractors; or

b.    existing residents of Ardency Kennedy Place:

c.    members of the Immediate Families of the employees referred to at paragraph 5(a).

Immediate family means any of: a spouse or domestic partner, ex- spouse or ex-domestic partner, de-facto spouse or ex-de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

6.    Only one Entry may be entered per Entrant. Where multiple Entries are made, only one Entry will be selected.

7.    Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be eligible to win. 

8.    The first correct and eligible entries drawn will win two tickets for Rhonda Burchmore’s Cabaret de Paris performance at the Palms at Crown, Melbourne, in March to the value of $400.

9.    Winners will be contacted via phone and or email within 7 days. 

10.    If for any reason a winning Entrant cannot be contacted Keyton will at its discretion select another winner. 

11.    Keyton’s draws of the winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.    The prize is not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner.  It cannot be transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with.

13.    Keyton reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

a.    contains material considered by the Keyton to be inappropriate or offensive; or

b.    was submitted in a manner considered by the Keyton to be inappropriate, which may include, but is not limited to, actions relating to computer hacking, breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights and actions that breach any relevant laws.

14.    At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by producing such photo identification as may be directed by the Keyton. If the winner is under the age of 15 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

15.    By entering into the Competition the Entrant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

16.    By entering the Competition, all Entrants allow their name and their Entries to be used by Keyton in connection with its business activities including communication announcing the results of the Competition, any broadcast, print media, point of sale material and newsletters, various marketing activities, including, but not limited to, leasing brochures and business documents, internal communications of Keyton or inclusion in websites which are operated by any member of the Keyton Retirement Living group of companies without compensation, and assigns any copyright and any other intellectual property in their Entry to Keyton.

17.    Keyton reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Competition at any time, in whole or in part. Should Keyton cancel the Competition, Keyton will advertise that the Competition has been cancelled by placing a notice on ardencykennedyplace.com.au.

18.    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which the Entrants may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Keyton is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the Competition or any prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded.

19.    Keyton will comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy Policy in respect of the way we collect, use, disclose and handle all personal information provided.
