It's time to let that spark ignite with the Ignite Your Passion Resident Activity Program! 🌟 Every year, residents can apply for a grant to bring a new activity to life at their village. So, what's that project you've been mulling over?
Any resident of a Keyton village can apply for a grant as part of the Resident Activity Program. To be eligible, the proposed project must demonstrate how it fits into one of three categories':
Assist the start-up or ongoing support of resident group activities
Discover how residents have been using their funds
Craft at Heathglen
The knitting and craft group at Heathglen village - which is a brand of the Werribee Ladies for Kids - applied for supplies to boost their already thriving program.
Gardening at Lakeside Village
At Lakeside Village, resident Keith wanted to make the most of his time by starting a bonsai group. He applied for the Ignite Your Passion grant to turn his idea into reality, wanting to stay active and sharing his love for bonsai with others.
Mandala Art at Henry Kendall Gardens
At Henry Kendall Gardens, the grant was used to kick off a Mandala class, which has been a fantastic addition for the residents to engage in.
Snooker at Brentwood Village
For the snooker and billiards resident group at Brentwood Village, the Ignite Your Passion grant has added even more fun to their game -letting them treat themselves to brand new pool cues and sticks.
