Open Day at Classic Residences

It was all fun, games and champagne at the Classic Residences Open Day. Guests were welcomed with a glass of bubbles and a goodie bag before diving into a day full of activities organised to showcase the vibrant village life.
Visitors met residents and explored community groups like the Mahjong and Bridge clubs, while the Arts Group proudly presented an exhibition of resident-created artwork. The dedicated wellness coordinator took interested visitors and residents on a virtual trip around the world - all while staying comfortably seated in the village’s drawing room.
Among the guests was Rachel, a familiar face who once performed regularly at the village. This time, she came as a potential future resident. “I am looking to the future. I am getting older as well. And when you own your own home, there is always something to fix. You think it’d be nice to be somewhere where you can socialise with people, have a swimming pool and all the amenities.”
Shaynee, another visitor, who has already placed a deposit, echoes the sentiment, “I just think I have reached an age where it’s just nice to have people around, where you can have your privacy, but at the same time there are all different things to do. I can swim, I can paint, I can go and play bowls. There are so many things to do.” She’s visited the village twice and this time she even brought a friend along to explore the Open Day. “The apartments are gorgeous, the people are friendly and the whole setup is just lovely.”
