Non-essential cookies
Analytical/performance cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our site when they are using it. Choosing retirement living is a big decision and clarity matters. At Keyton, we want to make it simple for you to understand the costs involved in living in a village, all designed to support your lifestyle and wellbeing. We believe in transparency and take pride in guiding you with respect, integrity and care, and are here to help whenever you need.
The management fee is a one-off payment that supports Keyton’s business viability and reinvestment in village facilities. It is capped and calculated as a percentage of the property price you paid when you moved in, based on the number of years you’ve lived in the village.
All plans include a monthly service fee, which covers the everyday costs of looking after the village – like staff wages, administration, insurance, utilities for common areas, gardening and upkeep of shared amenities. Keyton does not profit from these fees.
The bond applies only to the Guarantee Plan. It’s a premium payment, calculated as a percentage of the property price, payable when you move in and fully refundable when you leave.
