Paul Martin appointed as Keyton’s new CEO

Paul Martin has been appointed as Keyton’s Chief Executive Officer. This appointment reflects the depth of leadership talent within the business and provides continuity for Keyton’s strategy, with momentum to shape a new vision for the future of Australian retirement living.
Keyton Board Chair, Rod Fehring, said:
“I am delighted to announce Paul as Keyton’s new CEO. This appointment follows an exhaustive and comprehensive search process conducted over the past few months.
“The Board evaluated a highly competitive field of internal and external candidates. Ultimately the process validated that the best leader to take our retirement living community forward was already among us.
“During Paul’s tenure as Acting CEO he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to our residents and staff.
“Paul has shown a clear understanding of the short- and longer-term priorities that need to be addressed in the dynamic market conditions ahead of us.
“Paul is fully aligned with the Board’s strategic vision, and we have absolute confidence that his leadership will successfully drive Keyton’s long-term goals, elevate the standard of service and strengthen our position as a trusted leader in the retirement living sector.”
Paul has served as acting CEO since July. He has worked in the property industry for more than 25 years, with responsibility for the financial management and leadership of a range of real estate projects and businesses in Australia and the United Kingdom.
In addition to the retirement living sector, Paul has experience across residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure development and construction.
