What a night!

One Fell Swoop Award for Best Community Development (Large operator more than 1,000 ILU) Winner: Ardency Kennedy Place team
The award was accepted on behalf of the team by Development Manager Daniel Smith. Ardency is Keyton’s premium brand and Kennedy Place is our first Ardency residence in Victoria. It has been a labour of love by our development team supported by many others across the business. Ardency Kennedy Place offers luxurious residences and exceptional services with 116 spacious apartments, a rooftop terrace and resort-style amenities while integrating local heritage, energy-efficient infrastructure and a personalised wellbeing program – right in the heart of Melbourne.
Generator Award for Innovation
Winner: Keyton’s Ignite Your Passion program
The award was accepted on behalf of the team by National Resident Engagement Manager Annabel Norris. Ignite Your Passion has been a passion project for the team, who came up with the idea, developed it into a concept and then brought it to life as an operational program for Keyton residents across Australia. The program is unique to the industry, providing residents with the opportunity to apply for funding annually to create or pursue a new project or initiative that has positive outcomes. We received 394 applications from 75 villages across the country and were delighted to be able to support 240 applications across 72 villages. Importantly, we have seen a significant increase in resident engagement, satisfaction and wellbeing since the program was introduced.
The projects speak to two of Keyton’s core values to ‘realise the opportunities’ and ‘find the fun’! Well done team!
