Kingfisher Grove Construction Progress
Keep up to date with the latest Kingfisher Grove construction news. Currently under construction is building A with 36 apartments and the future resident’s Clubhouse on the ground floor. This exclusive Clubhouse will feature an indoor heated pool, cinema, gym, bar, library, craft room and resident's lounge. The apartment block and Clubhouse is due to be completed in early 2024.

Construction Updates
June 2023
Construction work has been progressing very well at Kingfisher Grove, with slabs poured up to and including the level 5 deck and scaffolding extending to level 5.
These developments pave the way for the project team to reach the highest point of the building in the coming weeks, preparing for the installation of high-level services.
February 2023

Showcasing the completion of scaffolding from level 1 to level 3, formwork, reinforcement and poured concrete to level 2, and reinforcement to level 3, construction is in full swing and taking shape for 2023.

December 2022
The western deck and the northern entry on the ground floor of Building A has now been poured, which has provided a base for the scaffolding and will allow for the next levels to be constructed.
The builders are also pushing to do a big slab pour this month to complete the 1st floor. The site will be a hive of activity before the holiday site shut down with works commencing again in January 2023.

September 2022
September saw great progress with concrete footings completed, the concrete membrane perimeter installed and 130 cubic meters of concrete poured for the basement slab for Building A.
The project team have used a burnished concrete finish which allows for an easy clean finish suitable for carpark usage. The drainage for the basement was also installed.
August 2022
The tower crane was installed this month on site. It took 30 people and 8 hours to install the 41m high tower. The Tower crane has the capacity to hold 26 Tonne and is modular and made up of 20 different components. Preparations are now underway to pour the basement slab which includes finalising the waterproofing, stormwater drainage and footings.
July 2022
All foundation piles are now completed and the team is placing steel reinforcement cages around the perimeter of the basement to allow for the basement walls and slab to be poured.
The La Niña weather pattern has impacted on timelines as can be seen in the photos however the builders are working towards the slab being poured in August.
A structural base in currently being prepared for the tower crane which is scheduled to arrive in the next month.
June 2022
Our first Apartment building, containing the village Clubhouse and 36 Apartments is coming along very well. 95% of the foundation piles are completed, and over 8,000 tonnes of material has been already removed off site.
Detailed excavation has commenced, and we have begun preparation to install our tower crane.
