Secure one of only four newly built residences in the Sirius building. Designed to encompass the entire floor, each apartment can be accessed privately from a secure entry, or through the main entrance and Concierge of The Baytree.

While sophisticated finishes, picture windows and expansive terraces are design signatures of all four apartments, each offers unique attributes ranging from grand entry experiences to private storage rooms.

The Baytree is nestled in harbourside Greenwich, and as a tribute to our unique surrounds, each building within the Resort proudly bares the name of one of the local bays or coves which dot Sydney Harbour. We have the Lavender building, named after Lavender Bay, the Blackwattle building, named after Blackwattle Bay, the Huntleys building names after Huntleys Cove and so too Kurraba, Careening, Woodford, and Tambourine.

When planning the new apartments, it was our residents who chose the name Sirius for the new building. Following a voting process, Sirius Cove in Mosman was the picturesque inspiration selected.
