A morning with Dr. Maggie Kirkman
In celebration of International Women's Day, Ardency Kennedy Place wass delighted to host Dr. Maggie Kirkman, psychologist and senior research fellow in Global and Women’s Health at Monash University, who presented her book ‘Time of our Lives’.
Her account followed the extraordinary lives of ordinary women in their seventies, eighties and nineties, challenging the stereotype of the helpless old woman who is nothing more than a burden.
