Stage 3 is nearly complete - and already coming to life!
We’re pleased to share that construction for Stage 3 at Sherwin Rise is now substantially finished. Landscaping is progressing beautifully across the final villas, with completion expected in the coming weeks.
Our Keyton development team has worked closely with builder Maple Living to ensure every villa meets our high standards — ready for residents to move in and feel at home.
In June 2025, we began welcoming our newest residents into Stage 3 homes. It’s been a joy to see them settle in and connect with the existing community — bringing new energy and warmth to Sherwin Rise.
As the village continues to grow, so too does the sense of belonging. Sherwin Rise is more than a place to live — it’s a place to thrive. At Sherwin Rise, we’re ready when you are.
March 2025
Stage 3A is sold out and all homes in Stage 3 are progressing quickly! Over half of the units are now at lock-up, with the rest not far behind. We’re now focusing on the interiors, with kitchens and cabinetry being installed with close quality checks to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards. Landscaping works will soon begin, helping connect the new homes with the existing Sherwin Rise Retirement Village.
December 2024
Sherwin Rise is buzzing with activity as we wrap up an incredible year of progress. Maple Living has installed roofs on 20 homes, with brickwork advancing on 41, and just 3 slabs left to pour in Stage 3.
Indoors, we're seeing exciting developments with rough-ins underway, plastering beginning, and the first kitchens taking shape. The vision of Sherwin Rise is quickly becoming a reality.
As we look forward to 2025, we're thrilled to welcome new residents and continue building this vibrant community.

November 2024
October has been a month of warmer weather and productivity on site at Sherwin Rise! The civil contractor has now moved off site following the completion of their works across stage 3 and 4.
Maple Living has moved quickly to get wall framing up across 29 units, and drains and slabs in progress for a further 12 homes.
We’ve seen the brick laying get well underway this month giving rise to the various facades taking shape. Roof sheeting and solar PV panels have been installed across 10 homes, with more to follow soon.
Internally we have seen the first homes roughed in with plumbing and electrical services. These first couple of units have now been lined with plasterboard as we prepare for exciting joinery installation milestone in the next month.

October 2024
Sherwin Rise has been bustling with construction activity of our latest stage homes over the past few weeks and there is some fantastic progress to report.
• 29 slabs poured to date
• Wall framing up for 16 homes
• Brickwork underway on the first four homes
• Roof trusses erected and roof sheeting being installed
The roads, laneways, and kerbs are now finished, connecting the site to the future new entry at the southern end near Harvest Home Road, bringing you closer to the broader Aurora community and shopping centre with Coles, Aldi and other specialty shops and essentials.
August 2024
August has seen lots of progress on the build at Sherwin Rise! We have completed the first six slabs, with wall framing complete for the first 4 units, and trusses quickly following suit. Across the site stormwater drainage has been installed and inground services are popping up to prepare for more slabs.
The next fortnight will see the first roofing commence, with more framing and slabs to pop up across the stage 3 lots.
Stage 4 the civil works are progressing with the installation of kerbs now complete. Electricians have been undertaking their cable pulls, and meter boards have been installed across the site. The end of this week will see the exciting milestone of the asphalt basecourse being complete!
June 2024
Exciting times are ahead as our stage 3 & 4 homes development makes remarkable strides! June has been a month of significant progress, with our civil contractor, Rokon, completing the base course asphalting of the stage 3 roads and pouring concrete laneways and footpaths.
With the installation of retaining walls underway, the site is truly coming to life, starting to shape the future lots and set the new stage for our community.
Maple Living have also completed their site compound set up, and we're excited to announce that the first stage of homes will start construction very soon. With the first build permits now approved, early July will see the start of inground services and the preparation of slabs for the first eight lots.
May 2024
May has been a busy month at Sherwin Rise with the appointment of Maple Living to deliver Stage 3. Maple Living have a strong reputation of home building with over 5,000 homes delivered across the state. They are known of their attention to detail, reliability and focus on delivering a high-quality home.
Construction Works are forecast to start in the next fortnight with site mobilisation currently underway. The next month will see the installation of inground services and the preparation of the first slabs for the Stage, an exciting milestone!
On the ground, our civil contractor Rokon, are making great progress. Earthworks and trunk services are all but complete with retaining walls and roads currently being constructed with an anticipated completion by September.
December 2023
As 2023 draws to a close, it's been a pleasure watching the vibrant transformation of Stage 2 homes. As we celebrate the successful completion of this phase, we're excited to share that progress is well underway for Stages 3 and 4.
We're delighted to announce the completion of Stage 2, with most residents now comfortably settled into their new home. Our dedicated team is actively addressing any defects and completing miscellaneous works and our goal is to have this wrapped up by the end of the year.
Excitingly, two stunning display homes are now open for viewing. We invite you to explore these spaces and envision the exceptional lifestyle that awaits you in this vibrant community.
Progress is well underway for Stages 3 and 4, with significant advancements in civil works. The site has been benched and is now ready for sewer and water installations. The development team is very close to awarding the contract to the successful tenderer for the next phase of homes, and we anticipate the prospective contractor to start on-site early next year.
August 2023
The construction team has been working hard over the last month, completing 9 homes and welcoming 4 new residents to the village. A new display home is now open for inspections.
Progress continues for the remaining 17 units are progressing well, with 5 more to be finished by the end of the month.
Most of the roofing is completed and the brickwork installation is due to be finished in a few weeks. This paves the way for the removal of scaffolding, enabling the start of external driveway and landscaping work.
Internal plastering, fit off and finishes are also underway with the remaining homes. The builder will progressively complete and hand over these homes in the coming months.
This is a really exciting time at Sherwin Rise as new residents move in and settle into their new homes within our thriving community!
June 2023
As you may have noticed, there has a been a flurry of activity with over 50 people onsite working hard to build a good quality product for our purchasers.
Construction is progressing smoothly with Stage 2 well underway, and we anticipate the roofing and brickwork to be completed on all home within the next few weeks. Internals to the homes such as services rough in, plastering, waterproofing and tiling have commenced with the internals taking shape nicely in preparation for joinery and final floor finishes in the coming weeks.
The civil contractor is preparing to initiate pre-construction works in the next few months ahead of the next stage of construction.

The Sherwin Rise Clubhouse and Wellness Hub has definitely morphed into a beauty over the last few months, going from a muddy construction site to now having landscaping finished, pool filled, joinery completed!
Our construction team has put in a lot of hard work and many hours to get the clubhouse close to completion. All our services, joinery, flooring and finishes are finalised now.
The team is now working on the final details and touch ups prior to the furniture fit off works occurring in the next few weeks.
With our opening fast approaching, the site teams have done a spectacular job and we are looking forward to the handover of the clubhouse in the coming weeks.
July 2022
We have had many changes to the Sherwin Rise Clubhouse and Wellness Hub construction over the last few months.
The services fit off stage has officially commenced in the Clubhouse along with installation of joinery, floor finishes, glazing to windows and wall tile install, bringing us that much closer to completion.
The Wellness Hub is progressing superbly, with ceilings and walls finished, pool tiling commenced, and services being fitted off as well.
On the external front, we are happy to announce that the landscaping works have started along with the bowling green surface installation in progress, BBQ area sheeting complete, and rendering nearing completion.
We have also commenced the civil construction works for the roads leading to the clubhouse and stage 2 of our villas.
Our site teams are kicking big goals this month with progress!

The Sherwin Rise Clubhouse is progressing well with successful construction milestones achieved in the last month.
The wall framing and trusses is now complete with the roof installation expected to be completed in the next week on the main clubhouse roof then rolling onto the Wellness Centre roof.
Brickwork is nearing 50% complete along with window installation being installed closely behind with the aim to have the main Clubhouse at lock up prior to the Easter break.
Rough-in services will commence in the next week internally in preparation for plastering works to commence in late May.
The Bowling green subgrade has been prepared and ready for the specialist contractor to commence preparation to construct the bowling green surface.
