Meet Jane Flynn
A retirement living development expert, specialising in Melbourne''s Northern Corridor.
Jane was born overseas and travelled extensively as a child as her father was in the army, she attended 18 schools so meeting new people is nothing new to her. Her love of travelling and meeting new people has never wained and she continues to learn about different cultures whenever possible, often travelling alone these days if she has made up her mind to go somewhere new overseas.
After spending 13-14 years in residential land, House & Land, Built Form and general realty sales, Jane moved over to retirement living sales in the development space when the developer was due to start a new village over 13 years ago.
Spending so much time with potential residents as their homes and villages were being built, gave Jane as much pleasure as the incoming residents. Getting to know them well and being able to introduce them to others with similar interests and watching the friendships form was very fulfilling. Jane also worked in the existing village space but jumped at the chance to get back in development sales.
