Meet Kelsie Crowe

... A retirement living expert with over 15 years of combined experience in the real estate and finance industry.

Kelsie has worked for Lendlease as a Sales Manager for Retirement Living since 2019 and has a very strong background and expertise in Real Estate having been a Real Estate Agent on the New South Wales, Central Coast for approximately 15 years and prior to this working within the Finance Industry, roles which require exceptional empathy, communication and customer service.

Kelsie has always had a strong interest in the Real Estate Industry and moreso since transitioning into the Retirement Industry due to the fact she is such a ‘people person’ and truly loves what her job entails and really loves coming to work on a daily basis.

The thought of meeting new people & listening to some truly inspiring stories, matching people to suitable properties, watching them transition into Village life and form some truly beautiful friendships is such a fulfilling job to have.

Kelsie has a Mother in the same age bracket as many of her Clients and therefore Kelsie treats every person like she would like her own Mother to be treated if she was to begin this journey. Kelsie is a skilled listener and communicator and invests time and energy into all relationships, this together with her warm, friendly nature makes her Clients feel very relaxed and at ease in making such a life changing decision.

Kelsie is born & bred on the Central Coast and can be found walking her dogs around Wamberal on a daily basis with her beautiful Son Cye, weekends at Wamberal or Bateau Bay Beach relaxing and enjoying family time or running around to sporting various sporting events where her Son is actively involved
