2024 Pickleball $50 Terms and Conditions
1. Household is defined to include any of a spouse or domestic partner, ex- spouse or ex-domestic partner, de-facto spouse or ex-de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister. For the avoidance of doubt, this efpos card is not redeemable by any resident's currently residing in a Keyton retirement village or by their family members (family members include children, aunties, uncles, cousin, etc.
3. The eftpos card will be provided after the relevant sales tour has taken place.
4. The eftpos card is not redeemable for cash and is personal to the recipient. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with. Keyton is not responsible for any lost or damaged gift cards.
5. The recipient will be responsible for complying with the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer of the eftpos card in relation to its storage and use. Keyton will not be responsible for any mis-use of the eftpos card by the recipient and any consequences this may have. Keyton does not have any direct relationship with the issuer in relation to the eftpos card. The efpos card will be shipped to you as soon as reasonably possible after the relevant sales tour has taken place (this may take up to 1 month after the date of the relevant sales tour.
6. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which the recipient may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with this offer. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded.
7. Keyton reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the offer at any time, in whole or in part. Should Keyton cancel the offer, Keyton will advertise that the offer has been cancelled by placing a notice on keyton.com.au/home/2024-pickleball-$50-terms-and-conditions.
