Stephen is one of the driving forces behind Keyton's development initiatives.
As a company defined by innovation, we are continuously working on exciting new development projects - and it is the development team that make these projects come to life.
We sat down with Stephen to hear more about what it is like to work on development projects, what he likes about his job and what sets Keyton apart from other developers in the market.
What are the most exciting things about working at Keyton?
"Firstly, everyday is different - you're never quite sure who you're going to meet or what you will have to work on.
Secondly, and it sounds a bit boring, I think having a leadership team that can make decisions that are right for Keyton as a business is very exciting."

"Getting to work with so many different people - village teams, corporate staff, residents, consultants and contractors - on projects that make improvements to our villages and hopefully ultimately, the resident's lives."
