Waitlist customers get early access

27 March 2025

It was a big day at Kingfisher Grove as waitlist guests were treated to an exclusive opportunity to find out more about the new apartments and reserve before being released to the public.

Sales manager Braden Graham and the development team ran two info-packed sessions covering everything from apartment features and finishes to contracts and what to expect next. Guests attending with their families received comprehensive information packs, including floorplans and pricing, providing all they needed to make a confident choice to move into the village.

For Judy, one of the soon-to-be residents, it was a turning point, "I came here because I wanted to buy somewhere close to where I already live, so I wouldn’t lose touch with my friends and family. I was a bit apprehensive at first and a little overwhelmed—but now, I feel excited. One of the first things I noticed was how friendly and warm everyone was. Just being here today really helped me feel that this is where I want to be."

With that kind of energy, it was no surprise that 18 reservations were taken on the day, an excellent outcome, with many future residents eager to begin their journey at Kingfisher Grove. Braden says, “It’s been a big day for our waitlist customers. Every apartment in our first stage release is now reserved."

Ben, the village manager, said, “We have all waited so long for this moment. It’s awesome to see our long-time residents starting to build connections with the new residents.” Julie, current resident, echoed that feeling, “What I observed tonight is a real coming together of community. It’s not an ‘us and them’ between the village and the new apartments. It’s a beautiful mix.”

Special guest Premier Prue Carr MP who attended the opening event shared, “This is incredible and my first reaction was just ‘Wow.’ This is what premium retirement living looks like. The amenities are fantastic and the community is even better. I’m proud to have something like this right here in Jordan Springs.”

The new clubhouse is the heart of the village, offering a resident lounge, library, craft room, a heated indoor swimming pool and gym, cinema lounge and a vibrant calendar of social activities. With its thoughtfully designed spaces and a location just moments from the shops, services and amenities of Jordan Springs, Kingfisher Grove is a wonderful place to consider for your retirement lifestyle.
