We have also enabled Google Display Network Impression Reporting on the site to allow us to track how ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to site visits to the site. We and our third-party suppliers, including Google, use first-party Google Analytics cookies and third-party DoubleClick cookies together to collect the data for the Google Display Network Impression Reporting functionality.

Services that keep you safe and thriving
Tuesday, 03 June 2025
We help you get easy access to all the care and support you need.
Access to reliable health and wellness services is essential at any stage of life. We’re here to help connect you with the best health and wellness providers that can help you live your best life.
Helping you find local health services and care providers
When you need medical or health services, finding good people can take a lot of valuable time. That’s why most of our retirement villages keep a list of local care providers to help you access the health and wellness services you need.
Doing the research for you saves you time and helps with peace of mind.
We can also connect you with other local services such as:
domestic help
respite care
help with shopping
social support
meal preparation
nursing
allied health services
assistance aids
equipment.
In many locations, visiting practitioners like physiotherapists or podiatrists make it easy to stay in the village and save yourself a trip into town. This means you can go straight from your health appointment to your next social engagement in the village.
Emergency call systems for extra peace of mind
Many of our villages have in-home emergency call systems for their residences. The emergency call system instantly connects you to skilled operators who will talk you through your problem or take action to send emergency assistance.
Depending on your village, there might be a cost to establish and run your emergency call system or it might be included in your monthly service fee. If you want to know if your village has an emergency call system, speak with your village manager.
Costs aside, there is great comfort in knowing you always have someone to call if you need immediate help. Emergency call systems also give your family the peace of mind of knowing you’re safe and looked after if something goes wrong.
Village Support Officers on call
Some of our villages also have a dedicated Village Support Officer onsite. These staff members stay overnight on the premises and are available on call if anyone needs assistance or attention. They perform wellness checks for anyone not feeling well and respond to emergency calls.
Apart from the safety features available at Keyton communities, living in a gated community where you know your neighbours is another factor that contributes to resident's sense of safety. Take Mick and Julie for example, who are living at The Grove Ngunnawal in the ACT. Julie says, "I often go for walks in the night and I know I can walk safely around the gardens and the village." Mick echoes her sentiment, highlighting the security features that make the village stand out. “One of the biggest attractions for me is the gated access after hours, which means no through traffic. It’s just so safe and quiet here.”
Most of our villages are set among thriving local communities, so you get the benefit of quality local care services coupled with the convenience of transport and shops nearby. This means you can venture out to see your preferred care providers or stay in and go with the village's suggestions. The choice is entirely yours. And having choice is what it's all about.
For more information about the lifestyle and support offered at our retirement villages, call our customer service team on 1800 550 550 or send us an email here.
