Kingfisher Grove celebrate its new clubhouse

Friday, 09 August 2024

Residents of Keyton’s Jordan Spring’s retirement village, Kingfisher Grove, were joined by NSW Member for Londonderry and Deputy Premier, the Hon Prue Car MP to celebrate the grand opening of their new community Clubhouse with walking tours, an official ceremony, music and refreshments.

Deputy Premier Car enjoyed the occasion, taking the opportunity to chat to residents and staff after the formalities were complete. Keyton CEO Nathan Cockerill was pleased to open the new Clubhouse, assisted by Residents’ Committee Chair Robyn Parsons, and celebrate this important milestone in the life of Kingfisher Grove village.

“Today has been a great day for the residents at Kingfisher Grove. They are at the centre of everything we do here, and across all Keyton’s retirement living communities.

“And it was a pleasure for us to have Deputy Premier Car join the residents for the celebration, as well as our builder Richard Crookes and our architects, IDG.

“We are very proud of the community we have built at Kingfisher Grove, and it is very much a part of the broader community here in the heart of western Sydney,” Mr Cockerill said.

Federal member for Lindsay Mrs Melissa Mcintosh was an apology for the opening but visited Kingfisher Grove to see the new building and clubhouse and was impressed by the high quality residences and amenities.
