At Keyton, this philosophy is embodied by many, including award-winning Senior Village Manager, Leanne Zannoni. Leanne’s story is a shining example of how leading with heart can make a profound difference in the lives of residents.

Award-winning leadership and a diverse background
In 2024, Leanne won the national Retirement Living Village Manager of the Year award, selected from retirement living providers across Australia.
The Victorian-based former chef credits her secret sauce as a Keyton Senior Village Manager to being honest and having fun. Prior to joining Keyton, her career spanned hospitality, hotel management, construction, renovation and airlines.
“This role is incredibly rewarding as you work to create a comfortable and supportive environment for residents. You have the chance to profoundly influence the lives of seniors, enhancing their daily experiences and overall wellbeing,” Leanne explains.

She finds watching friendships blossom and residents flourish within a nurturing community to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of the job.
